To be honest, this was the closest to home. Lucky me. I came to the Tumwater location after shoulder surgery. From the very first moment I was treated like family. The gentle processes applied pushed me a little each time. Erin is very professional with a smile, (I guessed under that mask). I’ve gladly had 19 sessions, each time something new. Thanks to all hands for my successful recovery. And they love dogs too.

Kaitlyn has been absolutely amazing with my daughter with cerebral palsy. She has worked with her through 2 surgeries and walking for the first time with a flat foot. Adding to her CP she also has sensory processing disorder which makes new treatments, ideas, sensations, chalking, but Kaitlyn has found the perfect balance of encouragement, perseverance, and strategy to keep helping my little champ push through and do her best. This is the second time I have come to Inspire, one was for balance issues and this time for a pain in my neck (not a joke). I have received very helpful physical therapy and have exercises to continue to work on the issues now that I have done the allowed sessions. This time I have been treated by Kaitlyn McNamara. I went to the orthopedic clinic and was diagnosed with right hip bursitis. It was really painful, and I was referred to physical therapy. I chose Inspire in Tumwater because it was very near to my home. I am so glad I did! Kaitlyn is a joy to work with. She challenged me and was very knowledgeable. She gave me helpful exercises to do. I only completed about four sessions and my hip pain was almost totally gone. She gave me some tips to get back to running again, slowly and safely. Thanks to Fiona, my OT, I am able to use my left hand normally. She made a splint that fits perfectly; using it allows me to do heavy work without pain. She taught me useful exercises aimed at keeping my left thumb from becoming more arthritic sooner than it likely otherwise would. I am grateful to her for her great skill as an OT. I just finished seven months of physical therapy at the Tumwater location. I had major shoulder surgery due to a fall. At first I was very limited on movement of my arm and shoulder. Little by little I improved with the help of my coach and therapist, Ali. It has been seven months of hard work. Today was my last day, glad to be finished, but somewhat sad to not be seeing the staff anymore. Amanda, at the from desk was also awesome. She was very accommodating in making any changes in appointments when needed. If you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy in Tumwater.

I’d like to give an awesome review to Inspire Physical Therapy in Tumwater. I saw Ally Bryant. She was very professional & knowledgeable from the very beginning in assessing the situation with my painful back muscles. I am a 73 year young woman and have had my share of physical therapy (2 rotator cuffs, a wrist surgery, an ankle injury, and a knee replacement!). This was by far the best physical therapy I have had! Besides being professional, Ally had a fun and uplifting personality. My attendance was during the Covid-19 crisis and all guidelines were followed well. During the stay-at-home order, I joked that I felt like this was my social life! Again, I cannot give Ally Bryant higher praise for being very knowledgeable and also having a great personality. If I should ever need PT in the future, this will definitely be my choice as the entire staff was upbeat during a difficult time. The other PT seemed good as well, although I never saw her.

The people in the office and the PT’s are excellent. They are friendly, patient, and listen to your concerns. My PT, Ally, was very helpful in helping me learn ways to stretch and take care of a hamstring injury. I was nervous about pain during the exercises but she encouraged me to just stretch to the “point of discomfort” and not injure yourself to try to exercise the muscle. I definitely recommend this location and would go there again, if, God forbid, I must do so! LOL

After major surgery to my ankle I barely walked into the clinic with very little dorsiflexion movement and very weak. I found Anesse Kuehl and her staff to be friendly and helpful during my evaluation. Just over a month of therapy I am healing quickly and have improved my flexibility and strength nicely. The Tumwater office staff are fun, professional and always ready for me when I arrive. I would highly recommend them!

Austin was at the Washington Senior Games as a representative of Inspire Physical Therapy on July 27 2019 for the Track and Field competition at Tumwater High School. After running the 800m run my muscles in my calfs really tighten up, I went to Austin who had a tent set up on the field with a table to lay on and he worked on my calfs. I then took part in the High Jump and Austin helped keep me loose as the bar got higher. After setting a personnel best in height in the high jump, thanks to Austin, I then ran the 400m and had a good race thanks again to Austin. Try Inspire Physical Therapy they do a great job and really care. Austin helped several other runners at the games also, can’t thank you enough Austin.

I was one of the first patients at the new Tumwater location. From the very first appointment, I was made to feel at home and treated like one of the family. When I first walked in, Physical Therapist Anesse Koehler, diagnosed my problem and began treating me for a very painful arthritic left knee injury I sustained many years ago while on active duty, and had recently began to bother me enough to request medical treatment for. Not only did she provide outstanding physical therapy treatment, her assistant “Hunter”, who assisted me with exercises to strengthen my knee under her watchful eye. Both Anesse and Hunter treated me with dignity and respect not seen too much from the younger crowd these days. I highly recommend this facility and the staff (including the receptionist who worked with me on a small problem involving my co-pay I was unaware of and had the problem fixed the same day). Should I ever require more PT for any reason, I will insist that I be sent to be treated by Anesse, no matter what location she may be assigned to. I will also recommend Inspire Physical Therapy to anyone who might inquire from me who they should receive treatment from for a PT type injury.
